PLEASE NOTE:-
It is neccessary in most cases to increase the existing recess by approx 10mm, this is not usually a major problem and the units are supplied with a suitable metal box to fit the increased recess.This is a problem common to all FLAT plate accessories.

Screwless Switches and Sockets

A new product featuring screwless front plates. Plate is held in place using 4 very strong permanent magnets. The assembly is designed so that there is no access to dangerous electrical parts when the plate is not in place. An additional benefit of this is that it facilitates decoration as plate can be removed to allow easy painting and papering around the switch itself. All finishes have a glossy appearance, though images may not convey this depending on your monitor type and settings

One Way or Two Way ?

A one way switch is used when switching a light or lights from a single location within a room. If you need to switch the same lighting from two different places within the same room then you must use a two way switch. All two way light switches can be used as one way switches if required, for this reason we only supply plate switches in two way versions. The same rules apply also to dimmers.
