Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue , and click on any items that you wish to buy to place them into your shopping cart. After you have made All your selections, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept payments made by most Credit and Debit Cards including alternatively you can send a cheque with order to address shown above.
If you wish to pay by cheque, please proceed to the Checkout to place your order and select Invoice and Payment before delivery from the drop down menu. This will put your order into our system, we will then send an Invoice for you to pay before we despatch the goods.
PLEASE NOTE:- Your Credit Card Account will not be charged until we are ready to despatch your Order.

Shipping And Handling
Orders for delivery to any UK Mainland Address with a total invoice value of less than £50 are subject to our standard carriage charge of £4.95.
Orders for Scottish Isles, Scilly Isles. Norther Ireland, Isle of Wight and all other offshore UK addresses will incur a carriage charge of £ 15.00 inc VAT, unless order value is in excess of £150.00 or item is light enough to be posted by Royal Mail.
Carriage paid order value for all other EU Member States is £200.00

Delivery Schedule
Fast moving items which we hold in stock, are normally despatched within 48 hrs for next day delivery to you. Larger more expensive items, and special order items may take longer. We achieve order completion within 3 -5 days for 95% of all orders that we recieve.

Back Orders
If an Item is out of stock and unlikely to be available within an acceptable preiod of time we will contact you so that you may amend or cancel your order with us. We will not send out Part orders without your agreement. |
Tax Charges
V.A.T has been included in the prices shown for all items in this cataloque. The price you see is the price you pay excluding carriage charges if applicable. |

| Guarantee All products supplied by Fancy Lighting carry a full 12 Month Manufacturer's Quarantee. If Product is found to be faulty at installation we will arrange for a replacement to be provided. Guarantee does not apply to Lamps and Tubes supplied FOC with the product. |

Returns Policy Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm
Fancy Lighting Ltd have a 7-day no quibble returns policy for all products as required under the Distance Selling Regulations of 2000.
The following conditions apply to all returns of this type:-
You must inform us in writing within 7 Days of receipt of your order that you wish to return them.
The date of delivery will be as recorded by our carriers.
Goods must be returned in their original packaging, complete with all other associated components..
Goods should not have been installed, modified or used in any way and should be in an undamaged condition.
The cost of returning the goods and insuring them against loss or damage will be deducted from your refund currently this charge would not exceed £12.00. Alternatively you may arrange to return them at your own expense in which case no deductions will be made. Your refund will be made within 28 days of return of the goods
Claims for damaged or missing goods must be notified within 3 working days of delivery. Claims made after this period will not be accepted.
